Cancellation Policy

Your time is special, just like mine! You will be given plenty of reminders in hopes that this policy doesn’t apply to you. Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Due to the high demand of my services you will be automatically charged 40% for late cancel, and 60% for No-Shows. If an emergency unexpectedly comes up, please call/text 507-421-5319 as soon as you are able. I will no longer be reaching out to see if you are on your way. If I don’t hear from you after 15 minutes this policy will come into play. Please be aware of the details of your appointment before you confirm! A major reason why I changed back to GlossGenius is the abundance of reminders that it sends you. Exceptions to the policy: medical emergency, dangerous weather, death of a family member, or birth of your child. A document will need to be provided to put in your file. I have been very passive over the years, and I am unable to do so anymore. Please remember that I don’t get any sick, personal, or any PTO of any sort to make up for the last minute changes to my schedule.
